“Redeemed. This is my story. What I hope you will get out of this book is how redemption and restoration can change anyone’s life for the better. It doesn’t matter where you are in your own life and no matter how bad, discouraged, or hopeless you might feel. I found a way out of it through prayer, Scripture, church fellowship, and a committed relationship with Jesus Christ, my Savior. 

“For much of the last twenty years, I have had the opportunity to speak dozens of times to church groups, school assemblies, and prison inmates, among others, about my life, all while giving my testimony and baring my soul in front of others. My thought is that maybe I am throwing them a life preserver they can grab onto, so they can keep their heads above water and eventually be set free from the sort of trappings that almost derailed and buried me almost two decades ago.
